In order to ensure your satisfaction, any Item that is unused may be returned within 30 days of your receipt
for a refund of the original merchandise price and sales tax if applicable. Some items may have a 20%
restocking fee.
Return Procedure
Any item being returned must be in new unused condition with the original packaging and accessories.
Please send an email to
customerservice@puxtradingpost.com with the word "Return" as the subject. Provide as much information as possible
to help locate the original order including the order number, your name, address, phone number, email address,
and date of purchase. The order number and order date can be found on the invoice that was emailed to you
You will be contacted as soon as possible with further instructions. Your refund will be issued as soon as the
returned item has been received and processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any Item that is received in damaged or defective condition may be returned or exchanged at no cost to you
within 30 days of your receipt. Please note that manufacture warranties apply for all items.
Missing Items
After a reasonable time if your order or part of your order fails to arrive please send an email to
customerservice@puxtradingpost.com with
"Missing Order" in the subject line. We will launch an immediate investigation in order to help resolve
the problem as quickly as possible. Please note that many orders will arrive as multiple shipments and some items
have longer lead times.
